Had unit for about 20 years when it stopped heating. Ordered and easily replaced thermostat unit and probe following instructions that came with the part. Up and runing as good as new!!! Outstanding Customer Support!!!

After 25 years of service, including be outside (under a roof, but not temperature controlled area) in the Interior of Alaska, my SM055 wasn't heating past 200. Technician gave me the part number immediately off the top of his head, I ordered it, received it quickly, installed it (easy to do) and now I'm back in "business". An initial test shows it heats a bit hotter than indicated on the sticker. Not a big deal as checking temps is always a good idea.
