I bought my Smokette in 2004, 20 years ago, and still use it all the time, without a lick of trouble.
It does the most fantastic job!

SM025 ..I have been using this smoker that i purchased new for i would guess 10 years. I have smoked everything and NEVER had anything turn out bad. In the beginning i did use the Cookshack user recipes that pointed me in the correct direction.
The only issue i have had with my smoker was the temperature probe broke and i replaced it. I have nothing bad to say about the unit and do recommend to anyone with any ability level.

I have had this unit for close to ten years. Routinely used for ribs, pulled pork and I happen to like goose. Brainless, flawless, over imbibing proof....put the meat in, set the temperature and have some one else keep track of the time....hero of the party with meat cooked to perfection.

I have had the M25 for close to 8 years. I use my smoker from several times a month to weekly. I recently purchased a pellet grill (which was not from CookShack but expensive all stainless) that I just had to have after 9 months I have decided that really didn’t need it that bad. I was under the misconception that a pellet grill would take the place of my wood burner and my CookShack. I was wrong. After about 225 deg. The smoke all but disappears. The pellet grill is in competition with a gas grill. You want tasty meat well smoked and moist, you need a oven CookShack Smoker. A pellet grill can not compare to the CookShack!!

I've had my SM025 since 2011 and have made so many delicious pork butts, ribs, briskets, and wings I can't count. It is a quality, made in the USA, product that is built to last.
