I ordered a small bottle of the both of their sauces (Signature Sauce and Mild Sauce) to see which one I would like the most, before ordering the gallon size. Both sauces have a great flavor that taste more like homemade sauces instead of grocery store brand sauces. Both sauces taste great, so it's hard to decide which gallon size to purchase. I will probably be ordering the gallon size of both sauces, as each has its own distinctive flavor and will use accordingly, depending on the what I'm cooking at the time. I Definitely give if 5 out of 5 star review!

A great flavorful tangy sauce. It has some kick to it too: (not hot enough to bother the "spice-wimps" in your group).
What I like is that it is not overbearingly smokey or way too sweet like a lot of the popular brands.
It has become my go-to sauce for pretty much everything.
