I have been using mine for over 10 years. I cook on it almost everyday. I really like to reverse sear on the indirect side and finish over the fire bowl. Comes out perfect every time. I always cook at 225 degrees or below. The wood pellets last a long time at that temp and very seldom have to put more pellets in. In ten years, I have had to replace the starter igniter and computer board once. It sits outside in the cold winters in Northern IL with no cover that I am sure contributed to the computer board going out. But come on man! 10 years and still going strong! It’s a stainless steel brick house! Best designed smoker on the market.

My wife and I were just talking about my smoker. We have been married 15 years and it has been part of my life for probably 17 years, maybe more. The only thing close to an issue i have ever had with it was smoking a brisket on a very hot day (95+) in the sun. The electronics over heated. Moving it into the shade and it started right back up and finished nicely. My bad and lesson learned. I'll be back to buy another one, if this one ever has any issues.
