GRILLED RIBEYE STEAKS
Ingredients:

Whole ribeye loin

Coarse ground sea salt

Coarse ground black pepper
Instructions:

Preheat the Smoker to 250 °F.

Place the seasoned ribeye loin in the smoker for 20 minutes.

Remove, slice into individual steaks.

Grill steaks on the Cookshack Charbroiler: 10–12 minutes per side over medium heat for a light pink center.

Season again with salt and pepper as needed.

Serve hot.
