GRILLED RIBEYE STEAKS


Ingredients:

  • Whole ribeye loin

  • Coarse ground sea salt

  • Coarse ground black pepper

Instructions:

  • Preheat the Smoker to 250 °F.

  • Place the seasoned ribeye loin in the smoker for 20 minutes.

  • Remove, slice into individual steaks.

  • Grill steaks on the Cookshack Charbroiler: 10–12 minutes per side over medium heat for a light pink center.

  • Season again with salt and pepper as needed.

  • Serve hot.
