I have been using this rub for years. I own a Fast Eddy, FEC100 that i have had since brand new in 2005. in all of my years BBQ'ing. I have not found a better, more versatile, blend of flavors to use. brisket, chicken, pork, turkey, you name it we have used this rub on all of it.

I use this "rub" a seasoning on Tots, Frys, and Potatoes as well as a base rub and seasoning for pulled pork, chicken, prime rib. It has the right amount of salt. It's hard for staff to use too much.

I ordered the 5 Pound bag and this is now going to be my go-to rub for both chicken and pork, as well as for beef. For chicken and pork, I use a fairly heavy coating as it is not too salty and has both a savory and sweet taste that is just right. This rub also gives it the meat a rich mahogany look. I'm from Texas and we don't do sweet on our beef. On beef I put on light coating, then I add my normal coarse salt & pepper blend. This gives it more of a distinct flavor, helps build the bark, without be too sweet for my taste. If you like your beef with a more of a sweet flavor, I would use it like I use on my chicken and pork. Definitely give it 5 out of 5 stars!

The absolute best rub we’ve ever used, had it on pork chops, wings are fabulous, ribs….in my opinion, just about anything!
