This will be my grill's third one. Soldered new auger relay to extend life a few years back but now LED display is losing segments. Thanks Cook shack for continuing to support this old grill.

After 10 years, the original controller had given up the game. The replacement controller was sent quickly and was an easy job to swap. The smoker works great again.

After purchasing the ignitor and temperature sensor without fixing the problem, we went for the controller. Total installation was less than 10 minutes start to finish. The PG 500 works great again. Cookshack agreed to take back the ignitor which wasn't installed. I did change the temperature sensor. All good
