I ordered this recently, and I've ordered it in the past. It arrived very quickly. When I opened the box I was disappointed. The wood was of a quality that I'll just say was disappointing. I immediately emailed Cookshack, and very quickly Terri responded. She understood my concern and immediately sent out a replacement. The replacement arrived in a reasonable amount of time and was exactly what I was expecting.
My thanks to Terri for addressing my problem and making it right. I will continue to purchase products from Cookshack because of this kind of customer service.

Ordered my apple wood one day and it arrived the next day. Have a cook shack smoker and have been ordering wood from them for many years. Excellent smoker and wood. Highly recommended
