Apple Wood works well with meats like veal and pork, as well as poultry and game birds. Mix with hickory for a slightly stronger smoke taste.

      I ordered this recently, and I've ordered it in the past. It arrived very quickly. When I opened the box I was disappointed. The wood was of a quality that I'll just say was disappointing. I immediately emailed Cookshack, and very quickly Terri responded. She understood my concern and immediately sent out a replacement.
