I absolutely love this smoker. Restaurant quality product and smokes meat better than any I have ever had. Only one suggestion to Cookshack to make it better. The smoker is very expensive, and you really should throw in a cover...c'mon man. I've now bought 4 of these smokers.

I bought this model years ago... and I rarely use it. There's nothing wrong with it. Its just so easy to cook with its a bit boring. It's been sitting in my garage for several years. About a month ago I pulled it out to see if it would be good for holding smoked briskets, beef ribs and pork butts overnight. It works excellent. Finish your meats. Wrap and put it in the unit and set at 150. It'll hold it at 156 for as long as it gets electricity. I can now finish a brisket at 10 p.m. and it will hold it till lunch the next day at noon. It's a quarter of the price of an Alto Sham and for holding bbq works exactly the same.
