After 9 years of faithful use, my Cookshack AmeriQue has never had a single issue. It’s roomy enough for big cooks when I need to feed a crowd - load it up with pork butts and you can feed a ton of people - but it’s also great for everyday family BBQ. I regularly cook pulled pork, brisket, ribs, and pastrami. The best part is leaving behind the old routine of middle-of-the-night alarms, tending the fire, adding wood, and stressing about temperature swings. Better yet, I’m making the best BBQ of my life.

I have had my small two shelf smoker for almost 20 years, I couldn't even begin to tell you how many pounds of meat has gone through that thing. It keeps on going.

I have also had mine for over 20 years and replaced this and now everything works great. I’ll probably buy another one to get me through the next 20 years. In case I need it. I’m sure it won’t be available forever. You guys are fantastic.

Recently ordered parts to rehab my old SM055. It's almost 20 years old but still my favorite of the 3 Cookshack smokers I own. All the parts I needed were in stock and shipped quickly. Thank you to the folks at Cookshack. Best smokers on the market in my opinion.
