You have to be an idiot to screw up ribs in this smoker. I have turned people onto ribs smoke in my smoker and i get excellent reviews. Also chicken, prime rib and potatoes.

I have the Model 50, bought it in 2003, and have used it extensively. I have never had a failure and the meats come out absolutely perfect every single time. That is amazing and I am now saving up for a commercial Cookshack cooker. I will never use anything but a Cookshack. And the RibRub and Chicken Rub are both must haves for even better results.

SM055 Comments
Last November we were flooded out at our house and my SM055 was under 40 inches of muddy water for 212 days. I didn’t get around to cleaning it for at least a month. So one Saturday I pressure washed it inside and out, took it apart and used my air compressor to blow out as much water as possible. Let dry it for a week and turned it on and it work like a charm. When I get my new deck done Ill be moving up to your AmeriQue.

I just did 40 lbs. of brisket in two loads for our Elks Lodge Easter Brunch and the meat was a BIG hit. This unit makes smokin easy, just load the meat add the wood and turn on the heat!!

It’s hard to find anything made well today. This thing is built to last and easy to use so far the best tasting food has came out of this smoker. The novelty has yet to wear off.

Went with a 055. Very happy I did. Didn’t realize I needed the extra room. Made the right decision and went one size bigger. The absolute best smoker I ever used. Fresh meat, fish, summer sausage, polish. just set the temp and wait. Uses such a small amount of wood, just a couple ounces per smoke. Wish I would have got one years ago.
