Cookshack barbecue pellets are made from hardwoods that contain fewer resins and are produced in a controlled process to ensure a food grade product. Barbecue pellets are made by pulverizing hardwood sawdust and extruding to a uniform density through a rotating die under enormous heat and pressure. Naturally occurring lignin in the wood binds the pellets into their shape.

I have had this grill / smoker for over a year now. I use it at least once a week. Does very good job as a grill or smoking. As a grill really increase smoke flavor over Charcoal. You can smoke as indirect on right side and sear meat on left side. Works very good in cold weather. Highly Recommend this product.
