Our largest Cookshack smoker, ideal for big volume. It features Cookshack's exclusive IQ4 electronic time and temperature controller, with easy-to-use presets and hold cycle. Our customers use this smoker to smoke-cook traditional barbecue, fish, and sausage. The SM360 smoker is for large volume restaurants, caterers, and barbecue establishments. Built to run 24 hours a day for maximum profitability. The SM360 is constructed of stainless steel and is made in the USA.
