Smoked Baked Potato with smoked Toppings

Ingredients

Potatoes, diced
Butter
Sour Cream
Smoked meat (pork, beef or chicken)
Cookshack Spicy BBQ Sauce
Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Instructions

Cut potatoes into bite-size pieces. Place in aluminum foil half pan. Add butter and sour cream. Smoke in Cookshack smoker using 2oz. hickory wood and smoke for 1 1/2 hours at 250°. Top with left over smoked meat and shredded cheese.  Remove, add Cookshack Spicy BBQ Sauce and serve.
