Grilled Vegetables


1 lb. of Asparagus

1 red pepper

1 green pepper

1 onion

2 Tbs olive oil

1 Tbs salt

1 Tbs pepper

1 Tbs Cookshack Chicken Rub


Using a Cookshack PG500, preheat with Cookshack Hickory Pellets to 400 degrees.

Rinse the vegetables and slice thinly. Place vegetables in pan and toss in olive oil. Add salt, pepper and Cookshack Chicken Rub.

Place vegetables on Seafood Grill in the PG500 on the indirect cooking side. Grill for 5 minutes on each side.
