Cookshack Smoked Stuffed Mushrooms


24 large mushrooms 
1 teaspoon pepper 
1 lb. lean ground beef 
2 teaspoon Italian seasonings 
6 oz. cream cheese 
2 Tablespoons chopped parsley 
2 oz. mozzarella cheese 
3 Tablespoons Parmesan cheese 
1 teaspoon salt


Wash and dry mushrooms, remove stems. Brown ground beef and drain. Combine ground beef, cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, salt, pepper, Italian seasonings, mix well. Stuff mushroom caps. 

Load smoker's wood box with 1 oz. hickory wood. Smoke-cook for 1 hour at 225°F. Top with Parmesan cheese and parsley.
