Butcher's Honey Rub Smoked Shrimp


1 pkg. 16-22 ct. shrimp

1 bottle squeeze butter

Butcher's Honey Rub

Cookshack Hickory Pellets


Using Cookshack Hickory Pellets, preheat PG500 to 400 degrees. Place the shrimp in an aluminum pan and cover generously with butter. Next coat the shrimp with Butcher's Honey Rub.

Place the shrimp in pan on the indirect cooking side of the PG500. Smoke for 45 minutes at 400 degrees.

After 45 minutes, drain the butter off the shrimp and re-season with Butcher's Honey Rub. Grill shrimp on direct cooking side for approx. one minute on each side.
