Mayonnaise Smoked Chicken


2 (3 pound) whole chickens
1 c. Mayonnaise
Cookshack Spicy Chicken Rub


Rub whole chickens generously with mayonnaise. Sprinkle liberally with Cookshack Spicy Chicken Rub. Smoke in Cookshack smoker at 225° for 3 hrs. 

The combination of the mayonnaise and the Rub creates a beautiful golden brown bird.
For ease of preparation, mix mayonnaise and Spicy Chicken Rub (1 c. mayonnaise to 3 Tbs. of Spicy Chicken Rub). This works great on chicken breasts, too.
