Colonels Favorite Smoked Turkey Sandwich

Ingredients

One 4 pound bone-in turkey breast
Rye bread
Pastrami
Red cabbage coleslaw
Swiss cheese

Instructions

Smoke-cook turkey at 200°F for 3 - 4 hours. Slather 2 slices of pumpernickel and 1 slice of rye bread with Thousand Island Dressing. Place 2 oz. pastrami and 1 oz. red cabbage coleslaw on pumpernickel. Top with rye. Pile on 2 oz. sliced smoked turkey breast and 2 oz. Swiss cheese. Top with pumpernickel
