Terri's Pork Spare Ribs
Ingredients
4 slabs pork spareribs
Cookshack RibRub
Cookshack Spicy Chicken Rub
Instructions
Pull the membrane off the back of the ribs. Season ribs with a mixture of Cookshack RibRub and Cookshack Spicy Chicken Rub. I normally do 2/3 RibRub to 1/3 Spicy Chicken Rub when fixing for a crowd since the Chicken Rub has quite a kick.
Smoke the ribs for about 4 hours at 225°F
