Oriental Five Peppercorn Marinated Baby Back Riblets


4 slabs baby back ribs
4 Tablespoons five peppercorn mix, freshly cracked
1-1/2 cup sesame oil
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup rice wine vinegar
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
3 Tablespoons chopped green onion
1 Tablespoon fresh chopped cilantro
1 Tablespoon fresh chopped garlic
2 Tablespoons honey
3/4 Tablespoon ground ginger


Combine peppercorn mix, sesame oil, soy sauce, vinegar, lemon juice, onion, cilantro, garlic, honey and ginger. Mix well. Marinate ribs in mixture for 4 hours, turning frequently.
 Remove ribs from marinade and smoke-cook at 225°F for 3 hours, or until tender. Remove from smoker and serve with stir fried vegetables.
