Smokin Hot Stuffed Jalapenos

Ingredients

Jalapenos

2 blocks Cream cheese

Peppered bacon

1 1/2 c. Colby/jack shredded cheese

1 lb. browned sausage

Instructions

Slice jalapenos and core out inside seeds. Mix the cream cheese, cheese and sausage in a bowl and stuff into jalapenos. Wrap bacon around each stuffed jalapeno.

Smoke in the PG1000 with hickory pellets at 200 degrees for 1 hour then increase temperature to 400 degrees and continue to cook for 30 minutes.
