Butcher's Texas Style Rub


Season steaks fairly heavily with Butcher’s Rub. Pre-heat the PG500 to 600°. For well done, cook on the offset side for 10 minutes on each side, then finish off on the direct side for 1 minute on each side.

For medium rare, cook on the direct side for 3 minutes on each side and then move to the indirect side for 5 minutes each side.

Place finished steaks in the warming drawer until all steaks are done to keep warm.
