Moonshiners Chocolate Cake with Smoked Chocolate Ganache Frosting
1 c. Coffee
1 c. Mild
Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips
1 Pint Heavy
ingredients with dry cake mix and smoke at 325 degrees for 40 minutes in 2 round 9” cake pans on the
indirect side of the PG1000.
whipping cream with the chocolate chips in an aluminum foil pan and heat in the
warming drawer at 180 degrees for 40 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add ¾ c.
bourbon to mixture and stir. Spread over cakes and stack, spreading evenly over
the whole cake and sides. Serve.
