Asparagus

Olive Oil


Instructions

Slice the vegetables and put in an aluminum pan. Toss with Olive Oil, salt, pepper and Cookshack Chicken Rub. Place vegetables on the Cookshack Seafood Grill. Put on the indirect cooking side of the PG500 using Hickory Pellets and smoking at 400° for 5 minutes on each side.
