Grilled Pork Tenderloin


Sweet & Tangy Sauce:
1/2 c. Ketchup
1/2 c. Brown Sugar
2 Tbs. Soy Sauce
4 Cloves Minced Garlic
1/4 tsp. Ground Mustard
1 tsp. Ground Ginger


Trim silver skin off pork loins. Rub with Cookshack Spicy Chicken Rub. Mix sauce ingredients together in pan and heat on Charbroiler. Smoke the tenderloin on med. heat for approx. 20 minutes, turning occasionally until the internal temp reaches 150°. Rub tenderloins with sauce and remove from Charbroiler.
