Chicken, Bacon & Ranch Flatbread Pizza


Spicy Chicken Rub1 Flatout Flatbread
1 Chicken breast
Bacon Crumbles
1/8 c. Ranch Dressing
1/2 c. Mozzarella Cheese
1 Roma Tomato, diced
1/8 c. Diced Red Onion
Avocado slices
Olive Oil


Grill chicken at 350° until internal temperature reaches 170°. Pre-heat pizza stone at 600°. Brush Flatbread with olive oil. Spread Ranch dressing over flatbread and top grilled chicken cubes, bacon, tomato and onion. Grill for 4 minutes on pizza stone. Add the cheese and remove when melted. Add avocado slices and serve.
