Black & Blue Burger


1 lb. Ground HB
1 lb. Ground Bison
1/2 c. Blue Cheese Crumble
1 tsp. Celery Seed
2 tsp. Garlic Salt
1/2 tsp. Black Pepper


Mix the 2 lbs. of meat together. Add the seasoning and finish with the blue cheese. Mix and patty into burgers. Grill on the direct side of the PG1000 turning twice per side every minute. Move from direct side to indirect side and remove when the burgers are 150°. Serve with sides.
