Potato Salad
Ingredients
6 c. cooked, diced potatoes
6 Tbs. sugar
6 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
3 Tbs. vinegar
1 c. green onion, chopped
2 Tbs. prepared mustard
½ c. sweet pickle relish
1½ tsp. salt
½ c. celery, chopped
¼ tsp. black pepper
¼ c. green olives, chopped
¼ tsp. Tabasco
1 c. mayonnaise
Instructions
Mix well and chill for several hours.
Yield: Approximately 2 qt.
