The Cookshack Charbroiler is easy to use...anyone who can cook on a gas charbroiler can cook on ours. No special training is required, unlike log-fired grills which require you to judge the heat of the cooking surface while adding logs and trying to cook at the same time!

Ordering is through a secure server. Cookshack's Limited Warranty is as follows: 90 days from date of purchase, parts and labor; 2 years from date of purchase, parts only.  Replacement parts are warranted one year from date of purchase.

I've never cooked steaks better in my life. The flavor is unparalleled. This sears better than any charbroiled or grill I've ever used and very very happy with the end results... So is everyone who taste them. I suggest a blend of hickory and mesquite. While I purchased the 48\" version, it's pretty huge and probably bigger than I needed.. You can still just cook on 1/2 of it and save fuel.
