Smoked Tri-Tip

Ingredients

Tri-Tip Roasts
1/4 cup Kosher Salt
2 Tbs. Black Pepper
2 Tbs. Garlic Salt
1 Tbs. Onion Powder
1 tsp. Cayenne Pepper

Instructions

Mix seasonings together and sprinkle on both sides of the Tri-tips. Smoke in the FEC120 at 250°F for 1 1/2 hrs until the internal temperature is 140°F and hold for 2 hours at 140°F.
