Cookshack Pellets


Using a Cookshack PG500, preheat smoker to 600 degrees using your choice of pellets.

Season steaks heavily with Butcher's Texas Style Rub. For well done steaks, use the indirect heat side smoking them for approx. 10 to 15 min. on each side finishing them up on the charbroiler for an additional 3 min. on each side.

For medium rare steaks, place directly on charbroiler and grill for 3 minutes on each side. Hold in warming drawer until ready to serve.
