- 12 chicken halves
- 2 Tablespoons rosemary, whole
- 3 Tablespoons salt
- 1 Tablespoon black pepper
- 1 Tablespoon granulated garlic
- 1 Tablespoon granulated onion
- 1/2 Tablespoon paprika
- 1/4 cup olive oil
Combine all dry herbs and mix well. Place half chickens on sheet pans
and rub with olive oil. Sprinkle seasonings to taste on to chicken
halves. Smoke-cook at 225F for 3 hours.
Yield: 12 portions
