Smoke Roasted Herb Chicken

  • 12 chicken halves
  • 2 Tablespoons rosemary, whole
  • 3 Tablespoons salt
  • 1 Tablespoon black pepper
  • 1 Tablespoon granulated garlic
  • 1 Tablespoon granulated onion
  • 1/2 Tablespoon paprika
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
Combine all dry herbs and mix well. Place half chickens on sheet pans and rub with olive oil. Sprinkle seasonings to taste on to chicken halves. Smoke-cook at 225F for 3 hours.

Yield: 12 portions
