I’ve smoked countless amounts of jerky last year for friends. Jerky rods are wonderful. One day we smoked 3 full loads of venison for a friend. Makes awesome Pastrami, ribs and butts also. Briskets turn out fantastic; I make killer chili my friends say. I love this machine for winter time cooking as it sits in the garage. I just open the doors when I first fire it up and smoke goes outside. Totally great unit. Thanks Cookshack.

Thanks so much for the info. I just can't seem to let go of our Cookshack. I have used them since the early 80's when I was in Supermarket Deli's. Now we do catering. I even have a smaller one at home.
