Monday-Tuesday, July 26-27th The Fast Eddy's Championship Cooking Class for Restaurateurs, taught by Cookshack President/CEO, Stuart Powell, Ed "Fast Eddy" Maurin and David Bouska, Butcher BBQ Team.
This class is for chefs, restaurant owners, and caterers, as well as competition cooks seriously interested in entering into the restaurant or catering business. You will learn competition cooking techniques that will have your customers coming back for more of your delicious smoked foods. There will be sessions on smoke-cooking, grilling, holding, re-thermalization/re-heating, setting up a buffet, plating and presentation, etc. You will be cooking on our Cookshack commercial smokers, the Cookshack Charbroiler, and Fast Eddy's by Cookshack rotisserie and fixed shelf commercial/competition smokers.
The cost of this class is $750. This includes hotel accommodations on Monday and Tuesday night; lunch and dinner on Monday; breakfast, lunch, and dinner on Tuesday; all cooking supplies and meat; tour of the Cookshack manufacturing facility; and a tote bag filled with the following: monogrammed Fast Eddy's by Cookshack apron, Cookshack Barbecue Sauces (Mild and Spicy), Cookshack Brisket Rub, Cookshack Spicy Chicken Rub, Fast Eddy's Rub, Taylor TruTemp meat thermometer, Black Angus Pro Chef's Knife engraved with Cookshack name, binder with class recipes and blank paper and pen for taking notes, tongs, fork, and pastry brush.
The class will be held in Ponca City, OK.
Registration is open at this time. The class will be filled on a first come, first served basis, and space is very limited.
