Colonel's Favorite Smoked Turkey Sandwich

  • One 4 pound bone-in turkey breast
  • Rye bread
  • Pastrami
  • Red cabbage coleslaw
  • Swiss cheese
Smoke-cook turkey at 200F for 3 - 4 hours.
Slather 2 slices of pumpernickel and 1 slice of rye bread with Thousand Island Dressing. Place 2 oz. pastrami and 1 oz. red cabbage coleslaw on pumpernickel. Top with rye. Pile on 2 oz. sliced smoked turkey breast and 2 oz. Swiss cheese. Top with pumpernickel.
