If you're looking for a large capacity rotisserie smoker that has the capabilities to be mobile or stationary, then the Fast Eddy™ by Cookshack FEC500 is the unit for you! The FEC500 is a commercial wood pellet rotisserie smoker oven that quickly gets up to set temperatures in as little as 10 to 15 minutes. It features electronically-controlled heat using the IQ5 controller. The FEC500 uses economic 100% food grade wood pellets to provide pure wood smoke flavor to all your favorite foods. This unit requires no gas so you will not get gas fumes passing over your meat, which means a much better tasting product than you can get with gas-fired pits. The FEC500 is NSF Approved, USDA Approved, Warnock Hersey and ETL Listed in the USA and Canada as Commercial Cooking Equipment.
