The Fast Eddy's™ by Cookshack FEC300 Commercial Rotisserie Smoker Oven gets up to temp in 10 to 15 minutes, features electronically-controlled heat, and an efficient 15-minute heat recovery time. The FEC300 uses economical food grade wood pellets in the pellet hopper, which provides the pure wood smoke flavor your customers crave. Because it is 100% wood burning, you will not get gas fumes passing over your meat, which means a much better tasting product than you can get with gas-fired pits. The FEC300 is NSF Approved, USDA Approved, Warnock Hersey and ETL Listed in the USA and Canada as Commercial Cooking Equipment. Ventilation is required to operate this unit indoors.

I have owned the FEC 300 for a year and a half. I absolutely love it. I have never wrapped anything during the cooking process and have yet to produce a dry product. I have not used every pit ever made, but this is the best I have used. I have loaded 16 whole packers and 10 Butts in one cook which is pretty close to the advertised 300 lb. advertised capacity.

I've had this pit for over a year and can't say enough about it! Incredible product time and time again. Being able to control the temp and rely on the machine is key to a superior product! Load up 300 pounds of meat and pull a Ron Popil! "SET IT, AND FORGET IT!" No more worrying about feedinf the fire all night! Nothing like waking up to amazing BBQ!

Started using my Pit November 1 2017 and WOW what an amazing machine. Keeps temps to within a degree or two 24/7. Easy to load, easy to smoke, easy to empty. My only regret is I didn't get a bigger one!!
