I've never cooked steaks better in my life. The flavor is unparalleled. This sears better than any charbroiled or grill I've ever used and very very happy with the end results... So is everyone who taste them. I suggest a blend of hickory and mesquite. While I purchased the 48" version, it's pretty huge and probably bigger than I needed.. You can still just cook on 1/2 of it and save fuel.
